Workshops
I offer art workshops that go beyond technique by weaving together creativity, emotional expression, and personal reflection.
As a registered art therapist and artist with 30 years of experience, I create a safe, inspiring environment where participants not only learn new art skills but also discover new ways of connecting with themselves and others.
My workshops are accessible to all skill levels, blending professional art instruction with opportunities for self-discovery. The result is an enriching experience that draws people back — not only for the art on the walls, but also for the art they create within themselves.
Past Workshops
Color and Emotion: Painting the Inner Landscape
Participants created vibrant abstract “mood paintings” to represent their inner worlds.
Textures of the Soul: Mixed Media Collage
A tactile project where each collage symbolized personal stories or life chapters.
Nature as Mirror: Eco-Art for Reflection
Participants designed personal, nature-based mandalas or sculptures reflecting their connection to the natural world.
Dreamscapes: Entering the Dream World Through Art
Exploring dreams through guided imagery and reflection, participants transformed dream fragments into powerful works of art using painting and mixed media. No art experience was required — just a willingness to explore the unconscious and discover its wisdom.
